Corporate management and Board of directors
The overall management of the Group is vested in the Board of directors and the Group’s corporate management.
In accordance with Norwegian law, the Board of directors is responsible for supervising the general and day-to-day management of the Group’s business, ensuring proper organisation, preparing plans and budgets for its activities, ensuring the Group’s activities etc.
Accounts and assets management are subject to adequate controls and undertaking investigations necessary to perform its duties.
