On March 19, 2025, the highly anticipated "2025 Plastic Industry - Ringier Technology Innovation Awards" ceremony concluded successfully in Shanghai. Elkem Silicones stood out among numerous companies, winning the award in the Raw Materials and Mixtures category for its breakthrough achievements with BLUESIL™ LSR 3935 in technology.

BLUESIL™ LSR 3935 is an innovative liquid silicone rubber product that addresses industry challenges head-on. It ensures the sealing performance of high-voltage connectors in new energy vehicles, even under high-temperature aging conditions, contributing to the advancement of smart mobility. BLUESIL™ LSR 3935 guarantees long-term waterproofing, offers surface self-lubrication and other advantages such as long-term low compression set and outstanding thermal stability.
