Håvard Moe

Håvard Moe (b. 1966) has been Director of Technology at Elkem since 2008. He has worked with research, technical development, procurement, engineering and project management at Elkem.

Before joining Elkem he held various leadership positions at ABB and Equinor. Håvard Moe has broad international experience in technology development, digitalisation and the execution of complex industrial projects.

Since 2008 he has been involved in all major new-build and upgrade projects at Elkem, mainly in China, Norway, Canada, the USA, France and Paraguay.

Håvard Moe holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has completed a leadership programme at INSEAD in France.
